Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VoxKind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service. VoxKind reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page.
Description of the Service
VoxKind is a web application that allows you to generate synthetic voices using artificial intelligence, mix them with background music, and export the final result as an audio file. The service is accessible via a user account and is based on a prepaid credit system.
Account Creation and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out from your account. Any unauthorized use must be reported to VoxKind immediately. Only one account per person is permitted.
Credit System
Use of the service requires credits. Credits are purchased through the plans available on the Pricing page. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused credits expire according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. VoxKind reserves the right to change its pricing with reasonable notice.
Generated Content and Usage Rules
You are responsible for the text you submit for voice generation. It is strictly prohibited to use VoxKind to create illegal, defamatory, or discriminatory content, or to produce imitations of real voices without the explicit consent of the persons concerned (deepfakes). VoxKind reserves the right to suspend any account that does not comply with these rules.
Intellectual Property
VoxKind and its components (interface, algorithms, brand) are the exclusive property of their authors and are protected by intellectual property law. Audio files exported by the user belong to them, subject to compliance with these terms and the licenses of the voices and music used.
Limitation of Liability
VoxKind is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall VoxKind be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of business resulting from the use or inability to use the service. VoxKind's total liability is limited to the amount of credits held by the user at the time of the dispute.
Changes to Terms
VoxKind may modify these terms at any time. In the event of a substantial change, a notification will be sent by email or displayed within the application. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, unless overriding mandatory legal provisions apply.
